Sifu West's - Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan Classes in Amherst, NH

Beginner Classes - Beginner to Intermediate Tai Chi classes take place Thursday evenings from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. In this small adult group class, you will begin training in the art of Yang Style Taijiquan (Tai Chi). The focus will be on the first section of the Yang Style Long Form.

Advanced Classes - The more advanced class (intermediate to advanced) takes place on Thursday evenings from 8:00pm to 9:00pm... where you can continue your Taijiquan studies in the Yang Style Long Form and may also learn a form of Shaolin Five Animal Kung Fu upon request... after a sufficient period of study in Tai Chi Chuan.

Group Classes are $50 per month

We are now taking applicants for a small group adult Tai Chi Chuan class in Amherst, NH.

Classes take place in a relaxed room environment with oriental background music... focusing on the intricate movements of the Yang Style Tai Chi Long Form.

Close to these New Hampshire locations: Amherst, Nashua, Merrimack, Hollis, Milford, Mt. Vernon and many more NH towns. Also not far from many Massachusetts towns.

Classes take place in an intimate room environment with relaxing oriental background music. Due to the room size, classes are limited to around 8-10 students.

Directions

NOTE: Due to office condo regulations, our sign is only on the door just prior to classes.

From Nashua travel west on Route 101A (Exit 7W from Route 3). Travel about 5.5 miles into Amherst and take a left after the Super Wall-Mart (just before the Mobil station) onto Northern Blvd. After the railroad tracks take a left into Northwood Executive Park. Go between the buildings to the back of the building and turn right. We are in unit 18B. See map below.

From Milford travel east on Route 101A and take a right just after the Mobil station (just before Wall-Mart) onto Northern Blvd. After the railroad tracks take a left into Northwood Executive Park. Go between the buildings to the back of the building and turn right. We are in unit 18B. See map below.

From Hollis take S. Merrimack Rd. (North towards 101A). Just before you reach 101A, take a left onto Howe Dr. Go to the rotary and take your first right onto Caldwell Dr. Then take a left on to Columbia Dr. Just before you reach the end of the Columbia Dr. you will see a sign on your right for the back of Northwood Executive Park. Take a right into the park and this leads right to our door in the back of the buildings. We are in unit 18B. See map below.
