Laoshi West's - Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan Group Classes

Beginner Classes Beginner Tai Chi classes take place Thursday evenings from 6:15pm to 7:00pm. In this small adult group class, you will begin training in the art of Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan. The focus will be on the first section of the Yang Style Long Form.

Intermediate Classes This intermediate level class takes place on Thursday evenings from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. Here you will continue your Tai Chi Chuan studies in the second section of the Yang Style Long Form. Participants in this class may also attend the previous class for review and practice of the first section movements.

Advanced Classes The advanced class takes place on Thursday evenings from 8:00pm to 9:00pm. You will continue your Tai Chi Chuan studies in the Yang Style Long Form third section. Tai Chi Sword and Tai Chi Saber forms are also optional studies for this level, but not required. Participants in this class may also attend any of the previous classes for practice and review. It is expected that students at this level will assist new students in their learning.

Group Classes are $50 per month

Classes take place in a relaxed room environment with oriental background music... focusing on the intricate movements of the Yang Style Tai Chi Long Form.

Once you arrive... walk towards the front of the church, but don't enter the main entrance. Walk outside along the brick path on the left side of the building, and enter the door straight ahead at the end of the brick path. Then go down the left stairway, and take a right at the bottom of the stairs.

 

Laoshi West's - Private Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan Lessons

All Levels Private Lessons are scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or twice a month at convenient available times. Studies include the Yang Style Long Form. Tai Chi Sword and Tai Chi Saber forms are also optional, but not required. Participants taking regular private lessons may also attend group classes at a considerable discount.
